2025年接近尾声。这一年，是同力重工发展历程中具有重要里程碑意义的一年。
2025 is drawing to a close. This year marks a milestone of profound significance in the development journey of Tonly.
我们不仅完成了新能源与智能化产品的全面迭代，更在激烈的市场竞争中持续保持销量领先，实现了市场地位的稳固提升。
We have not only completed a comprehensive upgrade of our new energy and intelligent product portfolio, but also maintained a leading position in sales amid intense market competition, achieving a solid enhancement in our market standing.

As the New Year approaches, on behalf of the company, I extend our sincere gratitude and best wishes to all our valued customers, shareholders and partners who have trusted and supported us; to every dedicated Tonly colleague who has striven tirelessly; and to friends from all sectors who have cared for and supported us.

In the face of profound transformations in the global construction machinery industry, we have adhered firmly to our strategic direction of “continuously enhancing product value for users”, concentrating efforts on adjustments and achieving systematic advancement.
品牌实力持续提升：蝉联“全球工程机械制造商50强”，排名跃升至第39位，行业影响力进一步增强；
Growing Brand Strength: we were once again selected into the Top 50 Global Construction Machinery Manufactures, jumping to the 39th position, which further strengthened our influence in the industry.
技术产品实现突破：成功发布EQ100E无人驾驶产品，完成TED136刚性矿卡下线验证，打造了多款引领市场的精品；
Breakthroughs in Technology and Products: we successfully launched the EQ100E autonomous product, completed the offline validation of the TED136 rigid mining truck, and delivered multiple market-leading flagship products.
高端合作深化拓展：与力拓、紫金矿业等全球矿业巨头深化战略合作，产品进入更多高端应用场景；
Deepened and Expanded High-End Cooperation: We have deepened strategic cooperation with global mining leaders such as Rio Tinto and Zijin Mining, enabling our products to enter more high-end application scenarios.
绿色发展扎实推进：绿色工厂建设成效显著，新能源产品占比稳步提升，“低碳+零碳”成为发展底色；
Solid Progress in Green Development: Notable achievements have been made in the construction of green factories, the proportion of new energy products has increased steadily, and “low-carbon+zero carbon” has become a defining feature of our development path.
品牌文化凝聚共识：通过“淬火成钢、聚力登峰”系列活动，进一步塑造品牌内涵，增强文化认同。
Brand Culture Forging Consensus: Through the “Tempered into Steel, United to Reach New Peaks” series of initiatives, we have further enriched our brand narrative and strengthened cultural identity and alignment.
二十年征程：从行业的开创到持续引领
Twenty Years of Progress: From Industry Pioneer to Sustained Leader
2005年，同力重工开创了中国非公路宽体自卸车行业。这二十年来，我们从第一台产品起步，持续推动技术创新，产品承载吨位从30吨提升至136吨，实现了矿山运输方式的革命性变革。这一切成就，源于我们长期积淀的五项核心竞争力：精准的市场洞察、深厚的矿山文化、持续的进化能力、卓越的品牌价值和高度凝聚的核心团队。
Founded in 2005, Tonly pioneered China’s off-road wide-body dump truck(WBT) sector. Over the past two decades, starting from our very first product, we have continuously driven technological innovation. The load-carrying capacity of our products has increased from 30 tons to 136 tons, achieving a revolutionary transformation in mining transportation methods. All these achievements stem from our five long-standing core competencies: precise market insight, a deep-rooted mining culture, sustained evolutionary capability, outstanding brand value, and a highly cohesive core team.
经过二十年发展，我们已构建完整的组织体系和运营能力，质量管理、环境管理、职业健康、能源管理及两化融合五大体系，与研发、制造、营销、服务、采购等职能深度融合，形成了“专、精、特、新”的系统优势。
After twenty years of development, we have established a comprehensive organizational structure and robust operational capabilities. Five integrated management systems—quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, energy management, and the integration of industrialization and informatization—are deeply embedded across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, service, and procurement functions, forming a systematic competitive advantage defined by “specialization, precision, differentiation, and innovation”.
未来展望：扎根矿山，全球布局
Looking Ahead: Rooted in Mining, Expanding Globally
展望未来，同力重工将继续扎根矿山，推进全域布局和体系进阶。
Looking ahead, Tonly will remain firmly rooted in the mining sector, advancing comprehensive market deployment and systematic capability upgrading.
战略方向：以技术创新和卓越服务为驱动，深耕新能源、无人驾驶、大型化及地下采矿领域，打造专业化、平台化、高端化的工程机械企业。
Strategic Direction: Driven by technological innovation and excellence in services, we will continue to deepen our focus on new energy, autonomous driving, large-scale equipment, and underground mining, building a professional, platform-based, and high-end construction machinery enterprise.
发展目标：矢志成为全球领先的工程运输方案与设备供应商。
Development goal: We are committed to becoming a globally leading supplier of engineering transport solutions and equipment.
实施路径：
Implementation roadmap:
1、坚持战略引领，推动多平台协同发展；
Uphold strategic leadership and promote coordinated development across multiple platforms.
2、国内夯实存量、拓展增量，海外业务占比显著提升；
Consolidate our existing domestic business while expanding incremental growth, with overseas operations have seen a marked rise in their contribution.
3、推进海外制造基地落地运营，加快全球化布局；
Promote the establishment and operation of overseas manufacturing bases to accelerate our global layout.
4、构建ESG战略体系，实施价值链脱碳管理；
Establish a comprehensive ESG strategic framework and implement value-chain decarbonization management.
5、实现品牌资产与价值的全面跃升。
Achieve a comprehensive upgrade in brand equity and brand value.
2026年：坚守初心，共创未来
2026: Staying true to our original aspiration, shaping the future together
新的一年，我们将继续坚守“持续提升用户产品价值”的初心，以真诚、实干、担当、向善的态度，不断提升核心竞争力，与各位伙伴携手前行，共同谱写同力重工发展的新篇章。
In the new year, we will remain steadfast in our original commitment to “continuously enhancing product value for users”.
